摘要
本科工程教育人才培养标准的制订,是工程教育改革的前提,它回答了"社会需要什么样的工程人才"或"工程专业本科毕业生应该具备的知识、能力和素养"问题。本文从标准的内涵与外延出发,分析了教育目的、教育目标和人才培养标准之间的关系,比较了美国、欧洲及我国本科工程教育人才培养标准制订的背景和内容,最后提出了我国本科工程教育人才培养标准修订及工程教育改革的建议。
The formulation of the training standard for engineering undergraduates is the premise of engineering education reform,for it answers the question that what kind of engineering talents the society needs or what knowledge,ability and quality engineering the undergraduates should own.This paper analyses the relationship between education aim,objective and talent training standard and compares the background and contents of the formation of training standard of engineering talents among America,Europe and China based on the connotation and denotation of standard.It finally puts forward some suggestions to the revision of China′s engineering undergraduates′training standard and the reform of engineering education.
