摘要
作为一项关键的减排技术,二氧化碳捕集与封存(CCS)技术已经引起了世界各国的广泛关注。对全球主要国家和地区的CCS技术发展路线图进行了比较分析,其中包括主要权威能源机构的CCS技术路线图,重点分析了各路线图的核心思想,并结合我国CCS技术发展现状,对制定我国CCS技术路线图提供了一些建议,包括加强顶层设计和管理、引导开展系统性的评估、发展数字建模技术、做好电厂和其他工业升级或配套措施以及加强国际合作。
As a key mitigation technology, carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology has caused worldwide concern. Based on the comparative analysis of the CCS technology development roadmap of the world~ major countries and regions, including the CCS technology roadmap of leading energy organization, this paper focuses on the analysis of the core ideas of the roadmaps. Combining the development status of CCS in China, this paper provides a number of recommendations on the development of CCS technology roadmap of China, including strengthening the top - level design and management, carrying out systematic assessments, guiding the development of digital modeling technology, preparing for the power plants and oth- er industrial infrastructure upgrading, and stren^henin~ international coooeration.
