摘要
企业知识转移已成为企业重组其核心竞争力、稳定和拓展其竞争优势,进而实现企业转型、转变经济增长方式的突破口。为减少企业转型的知识转移过程中发生机会主义行为,针对企业转型的知识转移过程中信任关系的分类,通过剖析企业转型中知识转移信任机制特性,模拟出信任关系建立步骤的算法及信任度计算的公式,最终建立起信任机制模型,并从组织和个人两层面给出进行企业转型的知识转移过程中信任机制建设的建议。
Enterprise knowledge transfer has become the way to restructure the core competitive ability, stabilize and ex- pand its competitive advantage, realize the goal of enterprise transformation and change the mode of economic growth. In or- der to reduce the opportunism behavior in the knowledge transfer in enterprise transformation, this paper analyzes the tust classification and the characteristics of the trust mechanism in the process of knowledge transfer in enterprise as well as stimulates the calculation method of the procedures of establishing trust relationship and calculation formula of trust level. Eventually the paper builds trust mechanism model and makes some constructive proposal from organizations and individuals two aspects.
