摘要
薄壁深筒零件一般不适宜采用机加工艺修整边缘,因此设计出一套能够修整筒壁边缘的模具。结果表明,该模具在旋转过程中切去了工件的不平整边沿,可明显提高修边效率。经修边后的工件表面光整,长度一致。
Common machining process doesn't suitable for cutting of thin-wall deep tubular parts. Therefore, a trimming mould with the function of trimming edge was designed to meet the requirement. The results show that upon the experimental test, the continuous rotary trimming mould can cut the uneven edge and greatly enhance the productivity. The finished surface part with the same length is smooth.
