摘要
工程哲学的研究在学界已初具规模,而军事工程哲学的研究却凤毛麟角。探讨军事工程的概念、分类及特征是军事工程哲学研究的基础和逻辑出发点。工程、工程师概念的源起表明,工程自古便与军事有着不解之缘。民用工程的兴起,导致工程的多元化与多用途性。本文通过分析军事工程建构的目的、功效及组织管理,重新界定了军事工程的概念。在比较军事工程与民用工程异同的基础上,从功能、目的和应用三个维度,对军事工程进行分类,阐明军事工程的基本特征。
While the philosophy of engineering is becoming a popular topic in the academia,the philosophy of military engineering is rarely studied.The study of the definition,classification and specialty of military engi-neering is the basis and the logical foundation of the philosophy of military engineering.From the concept of en-gineering and engineer,we could tell that engineering is tightly bound to military in the very first place.The emergence of civil engineering has led to the diversity and versatility of engineering.This paper redefines the concept of military engineering by analyzing the purposes,the functions and the organizational management of military engineering constructions.By comparing military engineering with civil engineering,this paper classifies military engineering according to its functions,purposes and applications and clarifies the characteristics of mili-tary engineering.
