摘要
该调查目的是了解目前中学教师、中学生、师范生对当代优秀中学教师素质要素的认识,为构建当代优秀中学教师职业素质结构提供依据。调查结果表明,师生们认为中学优秀教师的首要素质是启发式教学能力、语言表达能力,其次是教师的教育信念和敬业、乐业、献身精神,再次是科学文化素质,最后是教师的心理素质、身体素质。因此,笔者认为当代优秀中学教师职业素质结构包括职业道德素质、职业文化素质、职业能力素质、职业心理素质、健康身体素质5个素质系统,12个层次,30个基本因素。
The purpose of the investigation aims at middle school and normal university teachers' and students' recognition of essential factors of the professional quality of outstanding middle school teachers and lay theoretical basis for forming the professional quality structure of the contemporary outstanding middle school teachers. Teachers and strdents think the most impotant quality is hearistic teaching ability and expressive ability of language; secondly. teachers' educational faith, the spirit of loving and devoting themselves to education; thirdly, the quality of science and culture, They also have relatively high demand for the theacher' mental and physical quality. For these reasons, I think it should be the professional quality structure of the contemporary outstanding middle school teachers is composed of the qualities of professional ethics, culture, ability, mentality and physilogical health, namely, 5 qualitatve systems,12 levels, 30 essential factors as described in this paper.
