摘要
建立了超超临界机组自力式液动高加给水三通阀关闭瞬态动力学方程式,并采用MATLAB编程求解了动力学微分方程式,计算得到了三通阀关闭速度、关闭时间等重要特征参数。计算表明液动阀在毫秒级的时间内完成从静止到加速过程,此后以恒定速度完成阀的关闭。液压缸在35MPa高压差的作用下,最大阀芯最大关闭速度约为0.9m/s;液压缸进出口管径的大小对阀关闭时间有着重要的影响,应在合理设计进出口管径基础之上再选择适当的调节阀,以便精确控制阀关闭时间。
The dynamic equation on hydraulic three-way feeding water valve closing process of USC unit is established. The im- portant characteristic parameters , such as closing time and velocity of shaft is gained by solving the differential equation. Calculation shows that in a few millisecond the valve can finish the accelerated movement. The maximum closing speed is about 0.9m/ s under 35Mpa differential pressure. Calculation also indicates that diameter of pipe takes an important role on the shut off time of valve. To accuracy control the shut off time of valve, it is important to choose the diameter of pipe and regulating valve.
