摘要
目的规范基层医院护理人员检验报告危急值的护理管理,抢抓患者最佳救治时机。方法对检验报告危急值的各个环节进行培训、指导,让每个护理人员都正确掌握报告危急值的方法。结果护理人员全部认识了检验报告危急值的重要性,掌握正确报告危急值的方法,认真落实检验报告危急值的报告制度。结论在完成检验报告危急值制度的工作流程中,护理工作是重要环节,因此,强化护理人员的危急值意识,熟练掌握报告流程,能有效保证临床检验危急值制度的落实。
Objective Standard inspection report critical value of nursing management in basic hospital,seize the best treatment time of patients.Methods test report critical value every link of the training and guidance,let each nursing staff correctly grasp the method of inspection report critical value.Results nursing staff all know inspection report critical of the importance of the value,the right of the values of the report critical method,earnestly implement the inspection report critical of the values of the reporting system.Conclusion In complete inspection report critical value system of the working process,nursing is a important link,therefore,strengthen the consciousness of the nursing staff critical value,master report process,ensure clinical critical value system of testing the effective implementation.
