颈部Castleman病围手术期护理一例

摘要 1病例介绍 患者女，39岁。因发现左颈部包块l’个月于2011年2月24日人院。查体：左侧锁骨上窝可触及5个大小不等的结节，最大者约2cm×3cm，质软，无压痛，活动度可。既往体健，无结核等传染病史，近期体力、体重无明显下降。颈部MRI示：左侧锁骨上区占位性病变，考虑：①肿瘤性病变。②颈部多发淋巴结转移可能。颈部CT示：①左侧胸锁乳头肌后缘占位性病变，多考虑良性肿瘤，病灶周围淋巴结增大；②颈部多个小淋巴结显示。
