园林植物具有观赏价值,能给社会和个人带来效益,所以要对其进行资产价值评估,其价值评估涉及到平时的管理养护费用,植物的价格,潜在的美化环境的功能,较高的观赏价值等。由于园林植物具有诸多的明显的、潜在的功能价值,使得有园林的土地价值无形中也增长了。大多数房地产的价格都会受到园林绿化程度好坏的影响,因此,园林植物的价值是有待进一步发掘的。本文主要讨论园林植物的资产价值评估。
Garden plants with ornamental value can bring social and personal benefits, so it is necessary to conduct asset valuation, and when we assess garden plants＂ value, it is related to the usual management and maintenance costs, the price of plants, the potential function of landscaping, higher ornamental value. Garden plant has many obvious potential functional values, which makes the value of the land of garden also grow virtually. Prices of most real estate are impacted by the degree of landscaping, therefore, the value of garden plants is to be further explored. This article focuses on the asset valuation of garden plants.
