摘要
目前构成食品工业主要因素就是食品添加剂,但是食品添加剂中砷及砷的化合物有着很强生物毒性。因此对食品添加剂进行检测时,要将检测重点放在砷元素上。本文对食品中作为食品添加剂的二氧化硅以及食品中砷的基本情况进行简单论述,并对应用氢化物-原子荧光法对食品添加剂二氧化硅中微量砷测定的实验进行总结。
At present, the food additives are the major factor in food industry, but the arsenic and arsenic compounds in the food additive have very strong biological toxicity. So when testing food additives, we should focus on the arsenic element. This article discussed the silicon dioxide as the food additive in food, as well as the basic condition of arsenic in food and summarized the experiment of using the hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry to determine the arsenic in silicon dioxide in food additives.
