摘要 大众健美操是一种新型的社会体育项目。大众健美操能使人在欢快中得到锻炼和享受,而且它还能强身健体,具有健康、减肥、塑造形体、治疗等作用。大众健美操编排的好坏直接关系到它实施的效果。因此,在编排大众健美操的时候要根据不同的练习对象,选择动作类型和所要添加的音乐,依据大众健美操编排的原则进行编排。 Aerobics is a new type of social sports. The people can exercise and enjoy in aerobics, and can also keep fit, and the aerobics have the role of health, weight loss, shaping the body, treatment, etc. The quality of aerobics choreography is directly related to its implementation effect. Therefore, when you compose aerobics exercises, you should follow different practice objects, select the action type and the music that you want to add, and organize it based on the nrincinle of aerobics choreom'anhv.
