达芬奇机器人辅助下Whipple术患者术后并发症的护理 被引量:9

摘要 对54例胰腺癌患者行达芬奇机器人辅助下Whipple术,9例术后发生并发症,其中低血容量休克2例,胰瘘3例,胆瘘1例,肺部感染1例,胃排空障碍2例。术后严密观察患者的生命体征、腹部体征,测定引流液性质判定有无胰瘘、胆瘘、胃肠吻合口瘘发生,观察切口有无红、肿、热、痛,给予针对性护理干预措施。结果患者预后良好,住院14~30d出院。随访1~6个月,所有患者恢复良好,未发现肿瘤复发转移,无一例死亡。提出对达芬奇机器人辅助下Whipple术后发生并发症的患者,采取积极措施减轻患者的心理应激状态,严密观察和监测,做好针对性护理,有助于提高治疗效果。
