摘要
目的 研究灵芝三萜类化合物对 3种小鼠肝损伤模型的影响。方法 制备CCl4 ,D Gal及BCG +LPS引起的小鼠肝损伤模型 ,按比色测定法和改良Fletcher法测定小鼠血清中ALT和肝脏TG水平及进行肝脏病理组织学检查。结果 灵芝总三萜GT (80mg·kg-1)和其组分GT2 (10 ,2 0 ,40mg·kg-1)与阳性对照药马洛替酯 (91mg·kg-1)相仿 ,均明显降低模型动物的血清ALT和肝脏TG含量 ,并不同程度减轻动物肝损伤的程度。结论 灵芝三萜类化合物GT和GT2 均有明显的保肝作用。
AIM To study the effect of triterpenoids isolated from Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst on three models of experimental liver injury in mice. METHODS The experimental models of liver injury were induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4), D galactosamine( D Gal) and Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) plus lipopolysaccharides(LPS) in mice. The serum ALT and liver TG were measured by colorimetric and Fletcher methods. The histopathologic change of the liver was assayed in mice. RESULTS GT(80 mg·kg -1 ) and GT 2(10,20,40 mg·kg -1 ), as malotilate, were shown to significantly inhibit the increase of serum ALT and liver triglyceride levels induced by CCl 4, D Gal or BCG plus LPS and improve the histopathologic change of liver injury in different degrees. CONCLUSION The triterpenoids isolated from Ganoderma lucidum (Leyss. ex Fr.) Karst showed powerful protective effect against liver damage induced by CCl 4, D gal and BCG plus LPS.
