摘要
依据《教育规划纲要》提出的"办好一批高水平民办学校"精神,对建设高水平民办大学的意义、必要性、可行性、高水平民办大学的内涵做了较翔实的分析,并就如何建设高水平民办大学提出几点建议:不断完善民办大学的法人治理结构;加大资金投入,进一步完善办学条件;建设一支结构合理的教师队伍;全面提高教学质量;提升科研水平。
In the document Outline of Education Plan,it is proposed ＂to construct a group of quality non-governmental universities＂.According to the proposal,this paper makes a comparatively detailed analysis of the significance,necessity,flexibility of the construction.The paper also provides some suggestions on how to construct quality non-governmental universities： to improve the administrative organization of non-governmental universities as corporate bodies;to invest more in bettering the teaching conditions;to establish a well-organized contingent of teachers;to increase the teaching quality from all the aspects;to develop the capability of scientific researches.
