摘要
随着人们生活习惯改变及影像检查技术的进步,青年脑梗死的一些主要的传统病因及危险因素被取代,新的危险因素被发掘肯定,并进一步从分子基因水平得到分析,具有更多样化的特点。探讨其病因及危险因素,可为临床及早判断病情和及时干预治疗提供理论依据,从而降低青年患者的致残率和病死率。在此,就青年脑梗死的病因及危险因素进行讨论、总结及展望。
Along with the change of life style and the improvement of imaging technology,some of the main traditional etiology and risk factors of Young ischemic stroke are replaced,new risk factors are explored and affirmed,and from molecular or genetic level some are further analyzed with diverse characteristics.To investigate them can offer clinical theory foundation to give patients diagnosis early and make treatment in time,so as to decrease the disability rate and mortality as well as elevate the quality of life.Here is to review on the etiology and risk factors of ischemic stroke in young adults the prospect.
