摘要
通过对科技服务的内涵、标准与技术和专利的关系、科技创新过程中涉及的标准化问题,以及如何通过科技服务标准化提升科技创新能力等基本问题的探讨,充分说明科技服务标准化有利于科技成果转化和科技创新能力的提升。
