摘要
通过"挑战杯"科技学术创新活动培养学生的创新意识和创新能力是一个重要的渠道。但不少应用型本科院校在开展"挑战杯"活动的过程中出现了一些问题,如宣传不够到位、制度不够健全、缺乏师资、缺乏项目、缺乏总结等。对此,可以采取以下措施进行改进:加大宣传,提高师生认识;建立制度,纳入创新活动整体设计;建设梯队,形成接力团队;广开渠道,优选创新项目;持续总结,提升创新能力。
Organizing ＂Challenge Cup＂ innovative activities of science and technology are an important channel to cultivate students’ innovative consciousness and ability.But in the ＂Challenge Cup＂ activities organized by many application-oriented universities,there have arisen some problems such as inadequate publicity,imperfect system,and lack of teachers,projects,and summary of the activities.Therefore,the following measures may be taken to solve the problems： to increase publicity and improve teachers and students’ understanding of the activities,to establish a system with an overall design of innovative activities,to construct a relay team of teachers,to expand channels to select innovation projects,and to make regular summaries to improve the students’ innovative ability.
