摘要
目的:探讨阿托伐他汀和通心络胶囊联合治疗冠心病的疗效。方法:选择我院2010年1月～2011年10月住院的冠心病患者98例,随机分成观察组(n=49)和对照组(n=49)。对照组给予阿托伐他汀,观察组给予阿托伐他汀和通心络胶囊,比较两组患者血脂水平、临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果:两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平治疗前后相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C水平观察组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率85.71%,对照组总有效率为69.39%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病疗效较好,能有效调节患者血脂水平,值得临床推广。
Objective：To investigate the effects of atorvastatin plus Tong Xin Luo capsule on treating coronary heart disease. Methods：From January 2010 to October 2011,98 patients were randomly divided into the observation group（n=49） and the control group（n=49） .The control group was treated with atorvastatin.The observation group was treated with atorvastatin plus Tong Xin Luo capsule. The lipid levels,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results：The TC,TG and LDL-C levels were statistically improved after treatment compared with those before treatment（P0.05） .The TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the observation group were statistically better than those in the control group（P0.05） .The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.71%,which was significantly higher than 69.39%of the control group（P0.05） .Conclusion：Atorvastatin plus Tong Xin Luo capsule is effective in treating coronary heart disease,which can effectively regulate blood lipid levels,worthy of clinical application.
