摘要
目的:观察归芪建中汤加减内服合自制白芷茯苓霜外擦治疗妊娠斑疗效。方法:35例均投以归芪建中汤加减内服治疗,每天1剂。水煎服,分2次服用。1周复诊1次,2周为一疗程;局部外用自制白芷茯苓霜外擦,每晚睡前温水洗脸后擦,次日早晨洗净,1周复诊1次,2周为一疗程。连用2～6疗程。结果:基本治愈22例,好转9例,无效7例,总有效率81.58%。没有发现不良反应。结论:归芪建中汤加减内服合自制白芷茯苓霜外擦能和营卫,补气血,活血祛斑,美白护肤;治疗妊娠斑具有客观确实的临床疗效。
Objective：To observe the Guiqi Jianzhong decoction oral plus Baizhi Fuling cream outside rub efficacy of the treatment of pregnancy spots.Methods：35 cases patients were given he Guiqi Jianzhong decoction oral for treatment,once a day.Shuijianfu 2 doses.One week referral two weeks as a course;Baizhi Fuling cream and rub every night before bed wash with warm water after the cleaning,the next morning wash,1 week return visit one time,two weeks for a course.Once every 2 to 6 courses.Results：22 cases cured,improved in 9 cases,ineffective in 7 cases,the total efficiency of 81.58%.Found no adverse reactions.Conclusion：The Guiqi Jianzhong decoction oral plus Baizhi Fuling cream outside rub can He Ying Wei,Bu Qi Xue,Huoxue Quban,skin whitening;treating pregnancy in TCM has an objective and exact clinical efficacy.
