摘要
结合广州某超高层实际工程大体积混凝土的施工,通过严格控制混凝土温度,降低底板混凝土水化热内外温差以预防收缩缝,减少坍落度损失,延缓凝结时间等,以保证大体积混凝土顺利施工。本文对此次工程底板实测温度数据进行分析,通过对比核心筒区不同部位测温结果,得出了不同部位最高温值和到达时间的不同,并为今后大体积混凝土的设计和施工提供有益的参考和借鉴。
Combined with the actual engineering a super-high guangzhou mass concrete construc- tion, through the strict control of concrete temperature, reduce the temperature difference between internal and external, prevent shrinkage seam, reduce slump loss, delay the setting time to ensure smooth construction of mass concrete, and for the future of mass concrete design and construction to provide the beneficial reference and using for reference.
