摘要
对于辽河油田的高温高含盐热水余热设计了n级闪蒸发电系统,以火用效率为目标函数,运用矩阵分析和遗传算法优化求解了多级闪蒸发电系统的汽轮机输出功率和闪蒸罐工作压力。计算表明:闪蒸发电系统的级数越多,余热回收系统获得的输出功率和火用效率越大,但其增量在一定级数后随级数的增大而减小;级数越多,投资越大。选取四级闪蒸发电系统时,余热利用系统的投资回收年限小于2年。
N-stage flash generating system is designed for high temperature and salt concentrated water in Liaohe oil field stock company limited.Steam turbine power and flash tank pressure are solved by matrix analysis and genetic algorithm of exergy efficiency as objective function.Calculation shows that the more output power and exergy efficiency,the more flash stages,its increment is less with more stages,and the more stages,the more its capital investment.When 4-stage flash generating system is selected,years in return of capital investment is less than 2 of the surplus heat utilization system.
