摘要
根据煤矿地面生产流程和相关要求,讨论了检测控制系统的可靠性设计的若干关键性问题,研究了工控机—PLC结构、双机备份和软件冗余问题。经过试验,本文提出的检测控制系统设计方案能够满足实现生产过程的检测与控制的需要,具有高可靠性,适合于工业现场的应用。
According to the production produce and relevant requires of coal mine workshop on ground, some key points of the reliability design of detect- ing-control system, the structure of IPC (Industrial Pemonal Computer) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), dual machine backups and software redun- dancy was discussed. Through the experiment, the design proposal of detecting contro systeml was put forward can satisfies requires of accomplishing the detec- tion and control in productive process, and has more reliability, which is fit for the application of industrial spot.
