摘要
介绍了水力加压装置的结构原理和技术特点。钻具受力状态分析和现场应用表明:水力加压可使钻铤的刚性加压变为液力柔性加压,能够提供足够的、稳定的、可控的钻压;改善了钻具受力状态,具有纠斜、防斜和快速钻进功能,从而达到高速度、高质量、低成本钻井的目的。
This paper introduces the structure principle and technical features of the hydraulic thruster.By analyzing the stress state of drilling tools and field results,advantages of the hydraulic thruster are following as:(1) a sufficient,stable and controllable drilling pressure can be provided by the device which transforms rigid pressure of drilling collar into flexible hydraulic pressure;(2) the device improves the stress state of drilling tools and makes drilling operation with deviation correcting and controlling to reach a low-cost drilling having high speed and high-quality.
