摘要
目的:探讨胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血的外科治疗方法及再手术的治疗经验。方法:将2009年12月-2011年6月收治的45例胃十二指肠溃疡出血胃切除术后大出血再手术患者的临床资料进行总结分析。结果:45例患者中,有15例患者术前使用胃镜检查,5例患者采用超选择性动脉造影,25例患者采用术中胃镜检查。治愈患者有42例,放弃治疗3例,放弃治疗的患者均为再出血。结论:减少胃十二指肠溃疡胃切除术后大出血造成的生命威胁,应在手术中采取胃镜检查或者在手术前采用超选择血管造影,以及时明确出血部位,及时进行治疗措施的实施。同时在手术前也要根据患者的病情采取恰当的手术治疗方案。
Objective：To investigate after gastrectomy for bleeding gastroduodenal ulcer hemorrhage surgical treatment and operation treatment experience.Methods：December 2009 to June 2011 45 cases after gastrectomy for bleeding gastroduodenal ulcer bleeding and operation in patients with clinical data were analyzed.Results：In 45 cases,15 cases of patients with the use of preoperative gastroscopy,5 patients were treated with superselective angiography,25 patients were treated with intraoperative gastroscopy.Cured patients in 42 cases,3 cases of giving up treatment,abandoning treatment for recurrent hemorrhage patients.Conclusion：The decrease of gastric duodenal ulcer after gastrectomy for bleeding caused by life-threatening operation,should be in take gastroscopy or in operation prior to the use of super selective angiography,and clear the bleeding site,timely treatment measures.At the same time before the operation according to the condition of patients taking proper operation treatment.
