摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床疗效分析。方法对我院20例早期宫颈癌患者行腹腔镜下广泛子宫切除加盆腔淋巴结清扫术(TLRH+LPL组),并与同期20例经腹广泛子宫切除术和盆腔淋巴结清扫术(ARH+APL组)的早期宫颈癌病例作为对照,比较两种术式术中、术后的情况及并发症等。结果 20例早期宫颈癌患者在腹腔镜下均顺利完成手术。TLRH+LPL组在术中出血量上与ARH+APL组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而两组的手术时间及切除的淋巴结数、淋巴结阳性率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜技术治疗早期宫颈癌是安全可行的。
Objective To explore the clinical curative efficacy of laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection for the early cervical cancer.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with early cervical cancer undergoing total laparoscopic radical hysterectomy and laparoscopic pelvic lymph node dissection（TLRH＋LPL） were retrospectively reviewed.The other 20 patients were recruited as control group who underwent abdominal radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection（ARH＋APL）.Intraoperative and postoperative situations and complications in two groups were analyzed.Results All 20 patients successfully completed the operation under laparoscopy.The blood loss in TLRH＋LPL group was significantly lower than that in ARH＋APL group（P0.05）.There was no significant difference between two groups in the mean operation time,numbers of dissected lymph nodes and positive rate of lymph node（P0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible for the early cervical cancer.
