摘要
炉炉墙衬里的损伤程度决定了加热炉的使用寿命,因此,如何快速准确地实现对该类设备衬里损伤的故障检测和诊断是重要的工程问题。本文采用红外热像仪实现了对某化肥厂合成氨装置一段转化炉炉墙的检测和故障诊断分析,充分显示了红外热像检测技术在对加热炉炉墙衬里故障检测和诊断方面的优势。经生产实践证明,本文提出的红外热像故障分析方法能很好地实现对一段转化炉的故障诊断,保证了其安全平稳的运行。
The lifespan of industrial furnace facility is usually dependent on the damage extent of its wall lining, therefore, how to achieve the accurate inspection and quick evaluation for the damage of this kind of facility is an important engineering issue. In this paper we carried out linings detect and failure diagnosis of primary reformer of synthetic ammonia installation by using the thermal image technology, which fully indicated that the infrared thermal image technique have the obvious advantages in failure defection and diagnosis. Now, production practice proved that the thermal image technology can provide a good failure diagnosis for the primary reformer and guarantee primary reformer safe and its steady ooeration.
