摘要论文从介绍嵌入式馆员的概念着手,分析了嵌入式馆员兴起的缘由。针对高校图书馆服务对象的特点,分别从嵌入院系、教学和社区三个方面,论述了高校嵌入式馆员服务模式的构建,并指出其面临的挑战和应对策略。 This paper describes the embedded librarian conception from the start, and analyzes the reason of the rise of embedded librarians. Based on the characteristics of the university library service object ,dissertates the bulding of embedded librarians services models of university libraries, respectively, from embedded faculty, teaching and community in three areas, and pointed out their challenges and coping strategies.
