摘要
基于阀门泄漏产生声发射信号的原理,建立了可用于测试阀门泄漏率低于0.1Pa.m3/s的微小泄漏状态的声发射检测系统,采用气泡法对阀门微小泄漏进行标定。针对声发射信号在检测中易受环境噪声干扰的问题,设计了信号调理电路来降低各种噪声,并编制了LabVIEW程序对采集的声发射信号进行分析和处理。以手动球阀为被测对象,在建立的系统上进行了大量泄漏检测实验,结果表明,该系统能快速方便地对阀门微小泄漏做出定性分析。
A valve leakage rate measurement system was built using Acoustic Emission ( AE ) method based on the principle of valve leakage generating AE signals, which could be used to test valve leakage lower than 0.1Pa · m3/s, and used air bubble method to calibrate the system. For the signal detection problem of susceptible to environmental noise, the conditional circuit was designed to reduce the effect of noise, and a LabVIEW program was compiled to analyze and process the capturing AE signals. In the established system, a manual ball valve was used as measured object and a large number of experimental results showed that the system could make qualitative analysis quickly and easily for tiny leak on the valve.
