摘要
基于ArcGIS软件的内置工具和模块,采用将二维断面线进行TIN的三维表面内插法实现河道任意断面数据的半自动提取,并针对目前河道数字地形图大多以CAD软件平台开发的现状,介绍了将CAD数据转换为GIS数据格式的方法,探讨了转换过程中存在的问题及相应的解决措施。该方法操作简单、易于掌握、技术要求较低、便于推广,可为河道演变分析、防洪减灾等研究提供支持。
Semiautomatic data extraction from any river section can be achieved by means of the method that the two- dimensional section line is interpolated into TIN three-dimensional surface based on the tools and module built-in ArcGIS. For the majority of current river terrain digital map being developed by CAD software, the process of how to convert CAD data into GIS data is introduced. As the same time, the potential problems of the conversion process and corresponding solutions are analyzed. The method has some advantages, such as simple implementation, easy grasp, low technical requirements and facilitate promotion. In addition, it provides support for analyzing the channel evolution and flood control.
