摘要
针对某些自来水厂整个工艺流程自动化程度低,导致生产效率低、居民饮用水质量不高的缺点,基于水厂自动化工程改造进行了一种ControlLogix控制系统设计。在简要描述水厂生产工艺流程和ControlLogix控制系统的基础上,着重阐述ControlLogix控制系统的设计过程,包括系统总体构架、PLC控制系统和计算机监控及信息处理等部分,并给出较为详细的设计架构和技术环节描述。经所设计控制系统在某自来水厂一年运行情况表明,系统各环节运转状况正常,各项运行参数和指标表现良好,验证文章所设计控制系统的可行性和有效性。
To improve automation level of some waterworks, a ControlLogix control system is designed for solving the production efficiency and water quality. On the basis of brief introduction of waterworks process sequences, the ControlLogix control system design process is illustrated in detail including the overall architecture, the PLC control system and the computer monitoring and signal processing. The control system has already run in a waterworks for over one year and its operation parameters and index are very good; the effectiveness and feasibility are verified.
