摘要
在网络舆情日益受到重视、相关研究逐渐升温的背景下,本文通过分析归纳网络舆情的含义和特点,阐述网络舆情对政府决策的重要性,提出情报机构应把网络舆情分析作为决策情报服务工作的重要新方向。在此基础上,详细分析了网络舆情分析的决策服务流程,包括舆情需求分析、舆情信息抓取、重要舆情分析与发布等。文章最后介绍了面向政府决策提供网络舆情服务的内容、方式和手段,包括舆情分析报告、舆情监测定制系统等。
Internet public opinion is becoming more and more important.This article analyzed its meaning and characteristics,also with its importance to the government.Internet public opinion analysis should be an important part of intelligence agencies＇ business.The article illustrated its workflow,including demand analysis,information grasping,filter and release.At last,the article introduced means of service,such as monitoring report and customization system.
