图书馆隐性知识转移的障碍及对策分析 被引量:2

摘要 首先探讨图书馆隐性知识的内涵,根据个体、群体和图书馆整体3个层次划分法把图书馆隐性知识转移归纳为五种途径,然后从主体、内容、情境和媒介等方面构建了图书馆隐性知识转移障碍的分析框架,最后从完善组织管理制度、塑造新型组织文化和利用现代信息技术3个方面提出了实现图书馆隐性知识转移的对策。 First,the paper discussed the connotation of tacit knowledge of library.Sceond,it summed up five ways of tacit knowledge transfer in library according to three facets of individual,colony and the whole library.Then it conceived analytical frames of obstacles of tacit knowledge transfer in library from four facets of actors,content,context and media.Finally,it put forward countermeasures from three aspects:perfecting organization management system,shaping new organization culture and utilizing modern information techniques.
