摘要
在云南省国土资源信息化建设发展的基础上,对土地监管信息服务平台建设中的土地监管数据应用与服务技术标准;分布式数据中心数据与土地监管数据集成技术;分布式数据共享与服务平台;省、州、县3级联动的土地监管信息服务平台;GIS技术、空间数据库技术与政务网络技术结合,实现信息服务Web化;空间地理数据网上传输共享的安全保障体系等进行了研究。对目前如何适应云南省各州县基础薄弱、技术匮乏的现状,解决两级数据中心的数据一致性问题,实现3级系统基于同一底图的以图管地和联动监管提供了应用及推广经验。
Based on the information technology＇s development of current construction situation for Yunnan, this article investigates the data application and the service technology standards which on the information service platform for land supervision, the distribution data and the central data as well as the integrated technology for land supervision data, the integration of GIS technologies, spatial database and E-government network in the aim of realizing web-based information services, and the research in the security system for transmitting and sharing spatial geographic data on the Internet, etc. According to the present weak foundation of all counties in Yunnan Province such as the instability and lack of technology, the article brings out suggestions in solving the problem of data consistency between two-staged data and provides a valuable and promotional application experience in achieving the one-picture-based method in three stages and the integrated supervision.
