摘要
以某公司现行配煤方案为基础,研究回配焦粉替代瘦煤捣固炼焦时焦粉粒径和配比对焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,焦粉粒径大于0.2mm时不适合炼焦,焦粉粒径小于0.2mm时在配合煤黏结能力有富余的条件下适合炼焦,此时配入一定比例适宜粒径的焦粉对焦炭质量不会起到明显的劣化作用。
Based on the existing coal blending scheme in a certain company, this paper studies the influ- ences of different particle sizes and different amounts of coke powder substituted for lean coke for stamping coking on coke quality. The results shows that coke powder over 0.20 mm in particle size is not suitable for coking, while coke powder under 0.20 mm is suitable for coking on the condition that the coal blend has surplus gelatin layer. When the coal blend has surplus gelatin layer, the right pro- portion of coke powder allocated won't lead to obvious deterioration of coke quality, and addition of coke powder under 0.20 mm can not only yield qualified coke but also increase economic benefit obvi- ously.
