摘要
通过对富硒钝顶螺旋藻中营养成分的分析 ,在施硒条件下 ,浓度小于 50 mg.kg-1的四价硒 Se( )可提高蛋白质含量 ,低浓度的六价硒 Se( )和四价硒可提高螺旋藻中氨基酸总量、各种氨基酸含量和部分矿质元素的含量 ,改善了螺旋藻的品质 。
Spirulina platensis(Sp. D) was cultivated in the solution containing various levels of two forms of selenium to study the selenium effects on its quality. The results showed that lower concentration of selenium could improve the quality of Sp. D such as the concentration of protein, amino acid and some of the mineral elements etc.
