Chemical Constituents from Seeds of Hippophae Rhamnoides

摘要 目的:研究沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides L.种子的化学成分,为沙棘作为药食两用资源的开发提供实验基础。方法:多种色谱方法进行分离纯化,光谱分析法结合文献对照确定化合物结构。结果:从沙棘种子95%乙醇提取物中分离得到了11个化合物,分别为:山奈酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(1),儿茶素(2),表儿茶素(3),没食子儿茶素(4),表没食子儿茶素(5),6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one(6),山奈酚(7),槲皮素(8),异鼠李素(9),(-谷甾醇(10),葫萝卜苷(11)。结论:化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study chemical constituents of the seeds of Hippophae rharnnoides. Methods:The compounds were iso- lated by various chromatographic techniques and the structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Results: Eleven compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as kaempferol-3-rutinoside (1), catechin (2), epicateehin (3), gallocat- echin ( 4 ), epigalloeatechin ( 5 ), 6,9-dihydroxy-4,7-megastigmadien-3-one ( 6 ), kaempferol ( 7 ), quercetin ( 8 ), isorhamnetin ( 9 ), (-si- tosterol (10), daucosterol (11). Conclusion:Compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
