摘要
目的:探讨缺血对大鼠心肌组织Apelin蛋白表达的影响。方法:SD大鼠16只,随机分两组,对照组和缺血组。心肌组织Apelin免疫组化染色,Apelin多肽的阳性表达,心肌细胞呈棕黄色匀质颗粒。应用计算机图象分析系统测定平均光密度值。结果:Apelin平均光密度值对照组高于缺血组,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结论:大鼠心肌缺血后,心肌组织Apelin表达明显下降,推测可能与Apelin代偿不足或由于肾素一血管紧张素一醛固酮系统激活,反馈性抑制Apelin表达有关,Apelin对心脏的保护作用减弱。
Objective：To study the effect of ischemia on the expression of Apelin in the myocardial tissue of rats.Methods：16 male SD rats divided into two groups： ischemia group,the control group（n=8）.cardiac tissue immunohistochemistry,The expression of Apelin peptide in myocardial cells showed brown homogeneous particles.We adopt computer image analysis system to detect average optical density.Results：compared with the control group,Apelin average optical density in ischemic group was decreased,P0.05.significant difference.Conlusion：①there are the expression of Apelin in the myocardium of rats.②the expression of Apelin was decreased in ischemic rats,suggesting that Apelin may be inadequate or because the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system was activated to inhibit the expression of Apelin,which weakened the protective effect of Apelin on the heart.
