摘要
[目的]探讨盐浓度对菊苣中菊粉含量的影响。[方法]以荷兰菊苣为材料,用Hoagland营养液配制的盐浓度为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%、2.5%、3.0%的固体海水分别处理菊苣7 d,采用紫外分光光度法测定各盐浓度处理菊苣根和茎叶中菊粉含量,确定菊粉含量最高的盐浓度。[结果]随着盐浓度的提高,菊苣中菊粉含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,1.5%的盐浓度处理下菊粉含量最高,茎叶中菊粉含量为15.02 mg/g,根中菊粉含量为29.01 mg/g。[结论]研究结果为实施江苏沿海开发国家战略中有效开发利用盐碱滩涂奠定了基础。
[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the influence of the salt concn.on the inulin content in Cichorium lntybus L..[Method] With Netherlands C.lntybus as the tested material,it was treated for 7 d by 6 salt concn.(0.5%,1.0%,1.5%,2.0%,2.5% and 3.0%) of the artificial seawater made up by Hoagland nutrient solutions.The inulin contents in the root and stem-leaf of C.lntybus treated at different salt concn.were determined by using UV-VIS spectrophotometry and the salt concn.for highest inulin content was made sure.[Result] The content of inulin first rose and then declined with the increase of the salt concn.The higest content of inulin was in the treatment with the salt concn.of 1.5%,in which,the inulin content in stem and leaf was 15.02 mg/g and that in the root was 29.01 mg/g.[Conclusion] The study laid the foundation for the effective developent and utilation of the salt-alkali shoals in conducting the national strategy of Jiangsu coastal development.
