摘要
[目的]研究智能温室大棚中不同季节扦插对黔湄502(Camellia sinensis cv.Qianmei 502)短穗生长的影响。[方法]通过智能温室大棚不同季节[春季(4月下旬)、夏季(7月下旬)、秋季(10月下旬)]扦插黔湄502短穗试验,调查分析其生长状况和作为母本园时可提供的插穗数。[结果]智能温室大棚扦插快繁黔湄502茶苗无论是1年生还是1足龄茶苗均可达到国家茶苗出圃标准。智能温室大棚不同季节扦插快繁黔湄502茶苗生长量为春季>夏季>秋季,且差异极显著。若以苗繁苗继代繁殖,以枝条利用率65%计算,春季扦插第2年可提供扦插短穗646.5万~1 092.0万穗/hm2,夏季扦插可提供690.0万~936.0万穗/hm2,秋季扦插可提供573.0万~702.0万穗/hm2。[结论]智能温室大棚能快速繁育茶苗,可大大缩短茶树良种选育周期。智能温室大棚不同时间扦插后茶树短穗综合表现均较好。
[Objective] The purpose was to study the effects of different seasons cutting propagation on scion growth of Qianmei 502 in intelligent sunlight greenhouse.[Method] Qianmei 502 was cut in the intelligent sunlight greenhouses at different seasons,Spring(the last ten days of April),Summer(the last ten days of July) and Autumn(the last ten days of Octobr),to investigate and analyze the growth conditions and can provide how much cuttings as a female parent tea tree garden.[Result] One-year-old Qianmei 502 cutting seedlings or one annual growth cycle Qianmei 502 cutting seedlings in intelligent sunlight greenhouse can all reach the correlative national standard for nursery tea tree.Qianmei 502 propagation seedlings growth mass in intelligent sunlight greenhouse is Spring Summer Autumn,and has very significant difference.As the tea female parent garden,it can provide 646.5×104-1 092.0×104 cuttings/hm2 in Spring,690.0×104-936.0×104 cuttings/hm2 in Summer and 573.0×104-702.0×104 cuttings/hm2 in Autumn according to 65% use rate of branches.[Conclusion] Intelligent sunlight greenhouse can breed tea seedling rapidly,and largely shortened breeding circle of tea seedling.Tea short cuttings all have good comprehensive performance after cutting in different seasons in intelligent sunlight greenhouse.
