摘要
依次以水和体积分数95%的乙醇为提取剂,采用超声法提取获得宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)花的提取物,采用Al(NO3)3法测得样品中的总黄酮含量为2.95 mg/g。结果表明该方法可快速评价枸杞花中的总黄酮水平。
The total flavonoids in Lycium barbarum L. flowers from Ningxia were ultrasonic extracted by H20 and 95%(V/V) ethanol, and then detected by Al(NO3)3 method. The results showed that the content total flavonoids was 2.95 mg/g. The results showed that the methods were convenient and fast for evaluating the level of total flavonoids in L. barbarum L. flowers
