摘要 基于甘肃省目前普遍存在的超载现象,采用我国典型的半刚性沥青路面结构,同时针对沥青路面面层-基层间的层间接触,利用路面结构分析计算软件BISAR3.0对半刚性沥青路面的路表弯沉、面层层底弯拉应力及路基顶压应变进行计算分析。结果表明,不同的超载率对半刚性基层沥青路面结构力学响应有很大影响,而面层-基层间层间接触条件的逐步恶化又加剧了超载对路面的损害效应。基于此结论,建议在路面施工过程中,应保证面层-基层间接触良好,并在道路运营期间采取一些措施控制车辆的超载、重载。 Based on the current common phenomenon of overloading in Gansu Province, the semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure typical in our country is adopted ; at the same time, against the interlayer contact between the surface and base layers of semi-rigid asphalt pavement structure, its surface deflection, tensile stress on the surface and base layers and compressive strain on the top of the subgrade are calculated and analyzed with bisar3. 0 software for pavement structure. The result shows that different overloading rates have great influence on the mechanical response of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure; and the gradually worsen interlayer contact conditions between surface and base layers intensify the damage effect of overloading on pavement. Based on this conclusion, it is recommended that during pavement construction, good interlayer contact conditions shall be guaranteed and some measures adopted to control overloading and heavy loading of vehicle in highway operation.
