摘要
应用三种实验室常见的消解方法:干灰化法、湿法消解和微波消解法,分别对饲料样品进行前处理,通过对测定结果的相对偏差和精密度进行比较,微波消解法的相对偏差最小,其精密度最好,湿法消解次之。
Three pretreatment methods of wet ash method,dry ash methods,and microwave digestion were applied in the determination of total arsenic in feed.The results showed that microwave digestion had the minimum relative deviation and the best precision,and wet digestion took the second place.
