摘要
目的研究社区卫生服务满意度评价指标体系的信度和效度。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,调查了潍坊市城区的502名社区居民。分析自制的社区卫生服务满意度评价指标体系的信度和效度。结果该指标体系的总的Cronbach'sα信度系数为0.945,分半信度系数为0.876;内容效度各一级指标得分与总分之间的相关系数为0.782~0.879,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);结构效度采用因子分析法提取了5个公因子,能解释变异量的65.732%。结论社区卫生服务满意度评价指标体系的信度和效度良好,能够用于评价潍坊市居民对社区卫生服务的满意度。
Objective To evaluate the reliability and validity of a satisfaction evaluation index system for community health service.Methods The self-designed satisfaction evaluation index system was used to conduct a survey among 502 residents in Weifang urban area selected with stratified random sampling.SPSS 13.0 software was used for data analysis.Results The Cronbach's coefficient and split-half reliability coefficient of the scale was 0.945 and 0.876,respectively.The correlation coefficients between each score of the first grade item and the total score of content validity ranged 0.782 ~ 0.879(P〈0.01).Five common factors drawn through factor analysis could explain 65.732% of the variances.Conclusion The satisfaction evaluation index system has relatively high reliability and validity,and can be used for evaluating community health service.
