摘要
为提高正交异性钢桥面板的抗疲劳性能,建立了4种常用横隔板挖孔型式的精细化数值分析模型,并通过足尺钢桥面板静力试验,校准了隔板挖孔细节的有限元模型。通过有限元参数分析,讨论了横隔板挖孔型式和几何尺寸对挖孔处应力分布的影响。数值分析结果表明,Haibach孔和圆形孔的分析点应力分布较合理,挖孔自由边的半径是影响其应力分布的主要因素。基于数值分析结果提出了改善钢桥面板挖孔应力的有效措施,为钢桥面板抗疲劳设计提供了技术依据。
In order to improve the fatigue orthotropic properties of steel bridge deck,the cutout shape was optimized by numerical simulation.The calculation models of four common cutouts were established,and the finite element model was calibrated by comparing the calculated results with the measured values derived from a full scale orthotropic steel deck test specimen with U shape cutouts.The effects of the cutout shapes and geometry size on the stress distribution at the crossbeam web cutouts were discussed.The numerical results show that the stress distribution of the Haibach and circular shape cutouts is rational,and the free edge radius of the additional cutouts is a key factor to affect the stress distribution at the crossbeam web cutouts.The effective measures were proposed to reduce the stresses at the floor web cutouts based on the calculated results,which give a useful technical reference to the fatigue design of steel bridge deck.1 tab,13 figs,10 refs.
