分光光度法测定TRIP钢在3.5% NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为

摘要 用全浸实验方法研究了四种不同成分TRIP钢在3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀行为,采用分光光度法测定了其腐蚀速率,利用扫描电镜对腐蚀后试样进行表面形貌观察。结果表明:溶液中微量Fe的含量与溶液的吸光度呈良好的线性关系;不含合金元素的A钢腐蚀速率最大,加入合金元素较多的B、D钢腐蚀速率较小,含合金元素的C钢腐蚀速率适中。随着腐蚀时间的增加,四种钢的腐蚀速率明显降低。合金元素在锈层中富集使锈层更致密,提高了试样的耐腐蚀性能。 Corrosion behavior of four kinds of TRIP steels in 3.5% Nacl solution was investigated by immersion test.Corrosion rates were measured by spectrophotometry.The morphologies of the rust layers were observed by using scanning electron microscopy.The results show that the content of trace iron has a good linearity with the absorbance of the solution.Among the four kinds of TRIP steels,the corrosion rate of steel A without alloying elements is the highest.The corrosion rates of steel B and D with more alloying elements are smaller and steel C with alloying elements is moderate.The corrosion rates are significantly reduced with the increase of corrosion time.The enrichment of alloying elements in the rust layer compacts the rust layer and improves of the corrosion resistance of the sample.
