摘要
耐水性能是竹束单板层积材的主要指标之一。本研究选用极限水浸泡处理法、20℃水浸泡处理法、63℃水浸泡处理法和28h循环水煮处理法四种方法,对竹束单板层积材的耐水性能进行测试,并对测试数据进行分析比较。结果表明:采用63℃水浸泡处理法和28h循环水煮处理法检测板材的耐水性能更科学,且试验周期较短,试验结果可靠。
Water resistance performance is one of the most important performance indicators of laminated bamboo bundle lumber. The water resistance performance of laminated bamboo bundle lumber is tested with four methods, i.e. the limit water soaking method, the 20℃ water soaking method, the 63℃ water soaking method and the 28h circling water treatment method, and a comparative analysis of test data is made. The result shows that testing the water resistance performance of test lumber pieces with the 63℃ water soaking method and the 28h circling water treatment method features high scientificity, a shorter test cycle and a reliable test result.
