摘要
通过对2008年5月发生在连云港海州湾海域的一次赤潮异弯藻赤潮的跟踪监测,并研究其赤潮发生与环境因子的关系,得出:良好的水文气象条件,丰富的营养盐为赤潮的爆发及维持提供了基础。赤潮的发生,导致pH值、盐度、溶解氧、叶绿素a、营养盐等环境因子都发生了变化。此次赤潮异弯藻赤潮主要吸收硝酸盐和铵盐,磷酸盐是其生长的限制因子。高氮磷比也是赤潮异弯藻生长的重要调控因子。
The monitor and study of the bloom caused by Heterosigma akashiwo in May 2008 in Haizhou bay,showed that:suitable hydrographic-meteorological condition,abundant nutrients are the base of the algal bloom. The value of pH, sal, DO and so on varied with the process of the bloom. In this case,the bloom algae mainly absorbed nitrogen and ammonium salt, phosphate was the limited factor. The high N/P ratio was one of the important factors.
