摘要
笔记本电脑外壳结构的复杂性、精冲工艺的难度、产能排配的压力及人员素质的影响等因素,导致产品的精冲异常比率较高。产品精冲后传统的人工异常检测方式,投入成本较高,而且对于异常品的流出控制,难以确保万无一失。通过引进CCD视觉成像等新技术,不仅提高了生产检测能力,杜绝了精冲异常品的流出,而且大幅度地降低了生产现场对人力、工装检具等方面的投入成本,真正将技术转化成为生产力,实现了新技术应用对生产的推动作用。
The complexity of the notebook shell structure,the difficulty of precise punching,the pressure of high capacity,personnel quality,and other influence factors,which made the abnormal ratio to be higher.The traditional artificial detecting after precise punching,cost higher,and hard to control the outflow of abnormal products.Through the introduction of CCD visual imaging and other new technologies,not only improve production testing ability,to eliminate the abnormal products' outflow,but also greatly reduce the manpower,and tooling and fixture in cost.Transforming technology into productivity in real,and realizing the promoting role of new technology application on production.
