摘要
在定性研究的基础上,建立评价指标体系、构建评价模型,对上海31个国家级和市级开发区土地集约利用水平进行定量化评价,根据评价结果提出进一步提升上海开发区土地集约利用水平的政策建议。
Based on the qualitative study,the index system and models for intensity assessment was established using relative data of 31 national and municipal level development zones in Shanghai to research their intensive land use level.According to the assessment results,countermeasures for improving the level of intensive land use in development zones were put forward.
